Hate to burst your bubble, but a Blastoise coming out of a Pokeball in Super Smash Bros isn't rare.

Well, I haven't seen a Blastoise come out of a Poke ball yet. So, for me it is quite rare, but getting off the topic of the Pokémon in the game. I believe that this is the best version in the Super Smash Bros. Series.

It's not a rarity to me. I tend to get him quite commonly in the game and Charizard for that matter. To me however is getting Chansey is a rare one to get in the game. As for the pokemon game. Yup it's rare to get them unless you have him as your starter pokemon.
