83 hours... or 3 days 9 hours for those who don't want to do the math.

I've got the ability to stay awake longer, thanks to my metabolism, and my resiliance. At the end of the third day however, I start to feel a little odd, so i just let the sleep come.

The longest I've stayed up for was exactly 91 hours, due to a severe stomach flu that put me in a hospital and made me miss two weeks of school work. Well I hardly sleep at all. I maybe get 3 to 4 hours worth of sleep if I'm lucky. Insomnia sucks I know. I can't get any sleep when someone comes and disturbs you every single morning at 7. It's hard to get any sleep and when I try to take a nap. I'm lucky if I get 30 minutes of sleep. So yeah. I basically don't sleep anymore. :p
