I'm a bit indecisive when it comes to this issue. Yes, all the time that I spend could be better spent elsewhere, but the 'experiences' that I've had online have taught me a lot of things. For one thing, all of the forums I go to and the friends I make there are invaluable. I wouldn't be interested in half the things I am now if it wasn't for the Internet. So yes, I would say, all of the time that I have spent online was well worth it.

For me, it really depends. When it comes to some things, yes I do feel that all my time spend online is worth it, however with other things, I do not. For the most part though, I would have to say yes, all the time I spend online is worth it. I try and divide my free time evenly between being online and other things.

I've been thinking about this lately. I kinda regret for spending so much time on the Internet. It's not that I don't take care of my real life too, I spend lots of hours about it. But when I'm home, there aren't many interesting things to do, so Internet is my only way to kill my free time

My friend thinks I should be forced to experience real life, so I told him off for that...

I spend almost all my time online otherwise, because I feel like I have some social interaction that way since getting out of the house is difficult for me... and that way, it saves me money. I've come to enjoy spending my time on sites like Vizzed, and it's almost always worth it no matter how others seem to think it's sad / pathetic. (the only times when it isn't are when things I've said - and haven't said! - get back to me in a negative way)

But if I did not enjoy it (and this happens often, then it really was wasted. The time I spend online flip flops for me. Some of the experiences I have had on Vizzed on memorable, and I am slowly making a new group of friends. I still have real life friends which I stay in touch with over Facebook, so that is a plus.
