It says it "failed to load game. this is often caused by a download error or another game running in a different window."

Then another window appears saying, "THE GAME MAY BE HAVING TROUBLES LOADING, WOULD YOU LIKE TO TRY AND LOAD IT AGAIN? If the loading continues to fail, try again later and if it still continues, please report it to the Staff."

If I press okay, the whole thing starts over again.

I used the RGR plugin for each. To be honest, Pokemon Crystal always crashes with the plugin for some reason (it used to work though). However, I have never had problems with the Team Rocket version until today. Currently, either works. The plugin just crashes after a minute of loading.
