After the removal of the new layout editor, the old one is back up. The old one has basically no features and requires you to have knowledge of HTML.

Normal Users will be able to edit their layouts for now but in a week or so I'm going to make it so only Trusted Members and up can edit their layouts. This will give normal users plenty of time to update their layouts who modified them while the previous layout editor was still available.

NOTE: I will manually remove your layouts if your layouts don't follow the rules; here are some brief rules:
-Background images should not be more than 100 KB in size
-The HTML should NOT mess up the rest of the page in any way
-The layout should look fine in at least both Internet Explorer and Firefox
-I'd prefer it if you hosted your images on vizzed, you can upload your background images from here:

Is there any way to access the old layouts that were "owned" under the previous editor? I was thinking I might want to tinker with my layout and create a new one, but I don't want to risk losing what I have now due to there being no menu to access layouts "owned" available, and I was hoping that I'd be able to access one or two of my old layouts. Some of them were re-usable, and I don't want to lose them. Are they gone for good?

UserMike : Please squish your layout a little, now that you can edit it again. I have to scroll right about half an inch to be able to hit the link to edit my posts if you posted on that page. It doesn't affect load time, but it IS mildly annoying.
