SEVERAL times, really. I almost never pay attention to date, time, day, month. It's so bad, one time I actually thought it was still the previous month. 
It's annoying, but cool in a way because the fact you can actually believe it is a different time, if you get what I mean.

It does not happen consistently for me. It really could happen any time of the week. Sometimes I though I was on Tuesday but it was instead Monday. Other times I will get Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mixed up. It all depends on what appointments I have throughout the week.

This happens to me quite often actually. But I've never missed a day of school because of it luckily. Usually depends on the day, like if it is a very end of the week kind of day, then I may feel that way but that generally happens at the middle of the day after being out for a while.

Yeah I have a couple times, but not as much since I came to college and have to know what day it is to go to the right classes. What I tend to do, especially when we have long weekends, is think it's Thursday when it's really Friday. I think thinking that better, lol.
