What book are any of you guys reading in school this year or currently? I currently in class am reading Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka. Its about a guy named Gregor who wakes up and he's a bug. It has something to do with rejecting Modernism. But its really weird!

I'm reading, "As easy as falling off the face of the earth."

I liked the Metamorphosis, it is a really trippy book.

Technically for school, I am reading the Kaplan study guide for the PRAXIS exam.

I'm reading "A child called "it" I'm reading it for a project it's about this kid who's abused by his mother the things she does to him are horrible

i'm reading a book of choice for free reading, The Subtle Knife. I already read the golden compass, and I really like the series so far.

Free reading, I'm reading this book, "To kill a mockingbird" It's one of my favorite books, so I thought I would re read it =)

I am currently not reading anything. I need to read quite a few pages of poetry in our book but I didn't write down the page numbers.

The next time I see my friend, she may lend me a book that she wanted to read. I'm looking forward to it. I tend to like most of the things that she recommends to me.

In my la class we are reading the pearl i don't understand why tho i think it's pointless.

I'm on Spring Break currently and I'm not reading any books currently but the last book I read was a Warriors book but I can't remember which one.

None anymore, But my class just got through reading the "Blind Side", I'm going to take a test on it when Monday come.

I'm reading "The Bay of Pigs" it's about the events of trying to take out Castro when he took power in Cuba

Does it have to be for school? If not I'm reading two books "The Children of Hurin" J.R.R.Tolkien edited by Christopher Tolkien and "The Wealth of Nations" Adam smith. For fun I've been skimming through "The Communist Manifesto" Karl Marx the 1848 Friederich Engels translation and it has been interesting so far, many myth being dispelled by information.

I'm not in school or college, I'm far beyond that age but I am reading a few books right now. One is called Bound By Shadows by Keri Arthur. It's about this half vampire, half werewolf chick, who is a detective. She investigates murders. It's pretty good so far. My aunt sent it to me.

And the other is Twilight, I finally bought the book and want to read the series eventually. It's a lot better than the movie. But books always are.

I'm reading a couple text books for online courses that start soon. Beginning business and microeconomics. I swear these things make my head throb. I understand them but they are both just walls of print with no flow at all and I know they are text books but that makes the slow work through the pages no less easier.

my teacher things were 5 cause we still have nothing but goosebumps books IN 7TH GRADE! luckily i found a copy of cujo and started reading that

DARKANINE : I love goosebumps. I must have read at least 20 of those, maybe more, lol. The choose your own adventure ones are my favorite.

I'm not in school yet, so the book I'm reading right now is Fantasy. It's called The Storm Witch, third in a series by Violette Malan. It's about a pair of mercenaries who pretty much save the world once in every book, lol. And one of them can see bits and pieces of the future, because she's a Seer, which is a rare Mark. The other Marks are Healers, Finders, and Menders, who all can do what their name says. It's actually a really interesting and gripping read, it's hard to put down and easy to lose 5 hours in one sitting by accident. Violette Malan is a new author, this is her first series and she's written only one other book called The Mirror Prince, which I highly recommend if any of you like Fantasy and see it in the stores.

None, actually we don't have to read any books anymore, but at home I'm reading a joody moody book.
