I don't know if it as my glasses, or the angle that Best Buy had it set up, but it made me distinctly uncomfortable when I tried out the demo at Best Buy. Back when the Virtual Boy came out I tried it at toys'r'us and it gave me a severe headache. The bad thing is that I see nothing without my glasses on so gaming without them is not an option.

Yeah, it hurts my eyes too. It's not like AHHH MY EYES pain, it's just really disorienting and after a bit my eyes sting trying to get back in focus... That thing will end up making kids cross eyed or something.

I've tried the 3DS before, but only for a few minutes at a time. The 3DS doesn't really hurt my eyes, but I can understand if you've been staring at it for an hour. If that's the case, then just switch the 3D mode off.

It doesn't hurt, but depending on what game it is I can't focus in on it. If there is like fast movement (For example, Pilot Wings resort) the focus on the images is too fast for the 3D to really work, and turns into a jumbled mess.
But for other games, it works great. No pain.
