Alakazam all the way. He is a much better Special Attacker and has much better stats and is an all around better Pokémon. Alakazam is one of the best Pokémon of all time.

Hard to say because both of them are good Pokémon. Alakazam; high IQ status, and he's got 2 spoons. If you have a Alakazam in your house, and you need a spoon, you can borrow one from Alakazam (if it lets you). Convient, isn't it?
Gardevoir; it protects its trainer with its life. As you can see, it's a though choice to decide who's better.

I'd have to say Gardevoir. Alakazam is stronger in stats but if memory serves Gardevoir got the better attacks. And besides I always felt that Gardevoir is more interesting it's better displayed in the show and the manga. Also there's the fact that Gardevoir can make black holes and protect itself from the black hole. That's scary.
