for my own stratagy i have only used subsitute so far with plusle + fake tears and spark. which is a amazing combination.

Back on point. U is for Uproar. It is a Normal type move that originally had a power of 50. That power was increased to 90 starting in Gen V. Soundproof cancels it out.
