When you're feeling lazy, depressed or just bad about life all together, what usually brightens your mood? Or if you're just in a normal mood, what can put you in a really good mood?


Things that usually brighten my mood include:
-Playing retro video games that I grew up playing when I was younger or simply listening to music of those games
-Watching or Playing Pokemon (Pokemon really brings out my inner child)
-Reading the Bible or watching a Biblical movie
-Reading or replying to funny threads on vizzed
-Seeing my daughter smile or laugh
-Running and Biking

Possibly my favorite thing to do is go to kickboxing. I love everyone there and it's an incredibly positive atmosphere. Regardless of how bad my day has been, I can just leave it behind and enjoy myself for an hour. The workout with people that I love seeing is fun.
