I for some reason have stomach issues in the morning so, usually No i don't eat breakfast, i will try to eat something small just to keep from feeling hungry, but no where near a full meal.

The fact I come a poor family. Its tough to keep a decent amount of food in the fridge. So I don't eat breakfast everyday as one would suppose to. I sometimes don't eat anything at all until its like 5 or 6 in the evening to eat dinner. Occasionally, we have a decent paycheck and we eat breakfast in the morning. I'm a large man as it is. It's not because I eat a lot. It's because I don't eat right like I'm suppose to.

Yes, I make it a strong point not to miss breakfast, especially on school days. Like you said, it's the most important meal of the day, because it helps you get all the energy you need after sleeping for a long time, and it helps you not to overeat when lunch comes around. You're also less tired when it comes to morning classes.

I try to eat breakfast. But I have been up so late with schoolwork and just plain work that I tend to not get up to my alarm. I set my alarm 2 hours before I have to go to class, but I have been just not doing a good job. I make sure I eat something at 11am if I don't get food before 9 (when class starts). On the weekends, it is easier for me.
