Yes we do have field trips, although only people with good grades (around 8.5 or higher) get to go to the good ones. It's one of the things that makes me want to keep on getting good grades. (Besides all that "you need them to get a good life" stuff)

Yes, occasionally. If the class especially me had a lot of good behavior, we would get some field trips. I had a field trip at a zoo once and I had a lot of fun there. It was a awesome field trip. I wish my school should get more field trips.

Yes. In my civics class we went to Washington D.C. and we got to meet some senators and all, some guys in suits and stuff among those lines. I have never done anything above that really, field trip-wise.

In high school, we went on trips to other colleges in other parts of the state and it was a lot of fun because we won all sorts of gifts for competing in random activities. Nothing happened yet in college.

They are offering a trip to Europe and Spain for 2015 but it costs like 3,800 dollars so i am thinking about it. I get 10 days to explore the place with a tour guide and I can bring as many of my friends or family as I want which is cool. So i still have to talk this over with my parents. Hopefully the price will go down the more people take the tri. So yes I have been on school field trips many times. But not yet for high school.

I went on a few field trips in 5th-7th grade or so. I remember on one field trip during 5th grade, we went bowling. I wasn't any good at it, but somehow I did manage to get a strike. That was probably my favorite one.

I've never taken any students on field trips myself because it's hard for me to do so when I teach math.  However, that being said, my school takes way, way, WAY too many.  Most years, I have students missing 10-20 days of class thanks to field trips, and it's ridiculous that the administration lets this happen.  It seems to mainly occur around the second semester too, for some strange reason.  I've even had the same kids miss two weeks in a row, not due to one single field trip... but due to having field trip after field trip, all back to back.

Also, teachers at our school are NOT allowed to tell a child they can't go, which is even sillier.  If I have a student that's flunking, I should be able to say "No, you've missed enough classes and you don't need to get further behind."

I have school trips in my school. To be honest, the trips I went to in elementary and middle school were usually a little fun.
