I remember school trips way back in elementary school.

Once you get to the 7th grade that all changes. No school field trips, at least that's how it is here in New York.

I did in elementary, we went to this beach where elephant seals were mating, day at the beach in the fall. Great America field trip in 5th grade, in 4th we saw the Movie Holes in some random theater. We saw like 2 plays in Elementary as well. There are more, my elementary school must of had money, Middle School not so much, and high school none at all unless you were a part of something.

I USED to have a ton in elementary and middle school. I remember going to OMSI about a million times between 1st and 5th grade. (-sigh- Nostalgia.) Anyway, not so much in high school though. =| I really missed going places. And never in college, of course. If I wanna go somewhere nowadays though, I can just go there with my friends.

I'm not in school anymore but back then I've had a few schools and some were not too exciting. The last trip I went on was to New Orleans in the 11th grade and it was pretty fun.

Had a school trip to NYC last year for IB students. First time I see so many giant pretzel stands: there are almost none in Eastern Canada.
Cost me 400$ CAN though.
