I love a nice piece of Scamorza and was lucky enough to have some of this smoked delight bought to me all the way from Italy by a friend.

I had some nice Gruyere the other day, I had forgotten how smelly it was though and that did put me off.

I used to think my favourite cheese was Epoisses, but now I think it is a bit of Gorgonzola with a bit of Jarlsberg.

And having a friend from England I have to mention Cheddar.

I recently started to enjoy many kinds of cheeses and I but since I can't always remember the names, I would have to say that I enjoy Blue Cheese quite a bit. It's one that I eat quite often. I like to buy it preferably in a triangular chunk, like sliced out of a wheel. But I will also take it crumpled. Sadly dairy, including cheese will make me sick if I eat a lot of it, but I love cheese so much that I just eat it anyways. It's just too good to give up.
