Does your school have a detention system?

My school doesn't, but they have a sort of summer school if you fail.

No. It's a college. You're given so many warnings and if you continue to break the rules, you get expelled. That simple.

Yeah, my school does. Last year, certain assignments could be given as "Study Strong" assignments, meaning that if they weren't turned in on time, you'd have lunch detention. Skipping that leads to After-School detention. Skipping that adds another. I think after a certain point, the punishment will go to suspension and ultimately expulsion, but I don't think anyone went that far. Of course, there is also after school detention for breaking various rules.

Since I go to college, no. If you break the rules you're given warnings, and then if you don't learn your lesson, you're eventually expelled.

I am not quite sure about what our school's detention system is (which is good) but I do know that they have Saturday school.

It would suck to come to school on a Saturday. That's why I do my best not to get in trouble.

I'm not sure how it works but this is what i know so far. Detention first if skipped night school (what my teacher said about night school is that you get to know one of the assistant principles)

Ya I do actually. I really have not ever enjoyed being in there I always feel like a really bad person whenever I am in there. I do not find it fun, though I find myself in there pretty often.

Yes if you get 3 Demerits or more you get Detention on Saturdays for 2 hours.

Nah, my school does not have a dentition system, but it does have a expelling system for those who has three strikes from getting in fights, destroying property, as such.

I think the system is in place in every school, but I've never seen any kind of detention for any students, and I don't think there is a system in place.

I've only gotten 1 detention my whole life.. and that was for chewing gum in 6th grade XD.

I don't like my school detention system at all! Even the good kids get detention because if you get 3 tardies, you get detention
the passing period is only 4 mins and the school is HUGE with a lot of students to there are literally hallway traffic-jams between every single period

Mostly after school detention,if you were lucky only lunch break detention.

I really enjoyed after school detention,me and my friends always used to goof around and do all kinds of fun stuff.
Also met with a few people who eventually became friends with me.

Since I have been in detention a lot,people I knew where I was hanging out on Wednesdays ha ha.

Nope, at my school you just get suspended for a week to a month.

I figured all schools had detention systems. I got detention once in middle school for skipping a homework assignment. ...I kinda skipped it and then got an extra office detention which is a lot worse.

Besides that, I think I got one or two teacher detentions in high school for being late or missing homework or something dumb.

My history teacher actually had a very clever system. Your first detention was just show up, then go home. Any after that, you show up, he gives you lines to write, then you go home. The number of lines were based on how many detentions you've had. What you had to write was based on what you did.

He also had some for showing up late, but I don't remember those.
