The photo album is now back! You can now upload your own pictures to Vizzed and keep them in your very own photo album. This makes it easy to keep track of all your pictures that you upload to Vizzed.

Each photo costs Viz to upload, the higher the rank you are the cheaper it is to upload. You also earn Viz for photo comments but beware spamming comments can get you banned if someone reports you

Current features:
- jpeg, jpg, gif, png supported
- picture title
- picture categories
- picture comments
- 250KB's max size, might be able to increase if David wants pics bigger then that.

Coming soon:
- Edit or Delete photos or photo comments
- Ability to add privacy to photos or comments
- URL copy & paste code to picture

This current photo album is a bit primitive in what you can and can't do right now but shortly it will have tons more goodies added to it. But I kinda want to get this rolling so I'm launching it now. Plus I got a bigger feature that needs attention so time to get to work on it

We had to take the old one down because the thumbnails were not really thumbnails and when you tried viewing the album it would crash your browser That is how much it was loading but now that issue is fixed.

I'm assuming you'll plan to add new features to it once in a while? It's complete for now but it's always nice to see updates to features like this

250 KB is definitely big enough in my opinion.

An idea for the Viz for making comments. I think it'd be a good idea to make it so that a user can't earn more than 5 Viz per a picture. So if a user made like 20 comments on a picture, they'd still only get 5 Viz total.

Yeah I'll be updating it every now and then. Consider the current Viz a promotion until I can get around to fixing that. Anyone abuses it during promotion they can deal with the mods Shouldn't take to long to do.

Weird... well I just uploaded the same pic it was originally a jpeg did you happen to rename jpg to png without using a photo editor because that is what looks like what you did The format is jpeg if you look at the properties...

Edit: Any way to see the users who uploaded photos as well as all photos on the photo album's main page? A.k.a have the All Photos bar, but then above it have links to each individuals photo albums. That way you wouldn't have to search every photo if you wanted to find specific user's photos.

Zeldisaster : I don't want to clutter the top of the page with to many links so I only want to have the most important links up there. The photo album can be accessed from the Control Panel and can also be accessed from profiles of users who have submitted photos to the album.

You can now see mah two pics I uploaded.

I've added some updates to this including:

- What date the picture was uploaded
- Who it was uploaded by
- Amount of views (already existed but I moved it to the top near title)
- Picture URL Location below the picture so you can copy & paste the link to where ever.

Coming shortly, privacy options. However... its kinda hard to make a picture private considering the fact that if someone knows the url to it its not so private. But it will at least help some.

I will make it so you can select what power level you want to view your pictures. That would be the easy thing to do, making it so only your friends can view it might be a bit harder to do.

If people really want only one or two people to see it, maybe I'll just make a form where you can select the people who you want to view it. I will also include the option of making it so only you can view it (which would probably be useful for layout pictures or whatever).

Are you saying you just uploaded 500 pictures?

Photo album might return in future, as you can recall we had a very bad few months in terms of security and the best thing to do at the time was to pull it as I was not going to be developing on it further. Not sure when it might be back but there are several other features in the works so it might be delayed.

Jigsaw I can't get in the vizzed photo album it will say Erorr 404 document not found are other people havimg this problem
