My internet is ridiculous; awful download/browsing speed (c.0.2mb/ps) but usually very fast upload speed(c.1:2mb/ps) 

I've tried asking my ISP to sort this out many times, but they just fob me off with excuses. It's a major shame that I'm restricted to a mobile dongle.
Watching videos online is torturous, but necessary. Even Twitter often has trouble loading properly. Online multiplayer games and webcamming are completely out of my league.
I just hope that three mobile's network improves soon......

I just recently upgraded from 12mbps to a 50+mbps, usually its going around 53 because when they installed it, they put 100% new cabling in. Good stuff.

I'm happy with it, i stream on it fine, and even stream my own stuff every once in a while on twitch.tv, although a better computer would help in that aspect XD.

Not any more! I just upgraded to a 30 Mbps cable line, and hoo boy is it FAST. My wife can watch Netflix in HD whilst I sit here playing my silly little video games online and there's no problem. This is so much better now.

On some occasions my computer do go slow, but that's because everybody is using or wifi. I think that's the reason, if people don't tend to use our wifi I think our computer will go fast like it should.

My internet connection is moderately fast, but on my laptop, it was fast on certain days and sometimes painstaking slow. It was 2 GB Acer Extensa that was not performing at its best, so I expected the slow speed.

My mother's new laptop here, a HP Pavilion 6, the performance and speed is excellent.

I posted last week that my internet speed is usually very slow, well for the last 5 days it's been absolutely dreadful. Less than 0.1mb/ps browsing speed, and even a reduced upload speed. 
After numerous pleas for help to my ISP they came back today with this response - "No faults or any works being carried out I'm afraid. Masts are all working as planned."

Shocking. As soon as I can afford to go to another network, Three Mobile are getting binned.

My internet is really fast - period. Every body where I get internet has CableOne High Speed. It's nearly a necessity nowadays. Really insanely useful - and cheap too. Only $40-60/month depending on how fast you decide to go.
