Hamburger Lady by Throbbing Gristle
It's a song about a person who got burnt so bad, they look more like hamburger than anything, and well... Let's just say it is unsettling to hear hospital sounds in a song about this. Frankie Tear Drop by Suicide Murder suicide song with screams from the family... It's pretty messed up, like everything by this band. Other than that... Yeah.

There was this film museum I used to work for and they used to play the theme from Psycho in the Lady's toilet and the theme from Jaws in the male toilet. This used to literally scare the c*ap out of everyone that used them.

Probably Mausoleum suite form Halo 2. In the first 1 minute and 30 seconds of the song, you can hear reversed dialogue which sounds creepy. There are other scary parts in the song but the reversed dialogue is the scariest of them. -------------------- |
