Well actually it is not too hard (read EDIT), or at least I think but you must be playing like a pro and with the lag on NES cafe I don't bother, I know how to achieve that score or something high like that but it will take a long time, lots of skill and patience

EDIT: There is also a glitch and a trick to get a really high score so it is pretty hard, sorry about that.
