1) bah, they have survived without brock before, and he came back, no problem there.

Pokemon wasnt as good when they had tracie and not brock. But when he came back i was not that suprised. But without ash the series would fall apart. It's all about the boy in the little red hat.

I personally think that replacing Brock was a bad idea, as he was the only character in the show that I still (kinda) liked. Although I think it would be worthwhile for them to make another Pokemon series based off of somebody elses point of view, because Ash is getting boring.

What would pokemon be without them? It would be dumb, as much as I think they should make the focus on a new kid I just don't think it would work. If they were to switch I would say that they should start from the front.

It would be like when they went from the original Yugioh to Yugioh GX (I haven't watched the new one so I'm not sure what that one's like.) Yeah GX was kinda cool and all but it still wasn't the original. I understood why they would change it, you can only save the world so many different ways so many times. Sometimes it's better to go out on top, to move onto something else before it gets too repetitive and the series kills itself that way as long as you do it right.

I was really bummed when Brock became a minor character. He really brought a lot of the awesome cheesiness to the show. Misty had her temper, and Ash had the usual spirit of optimism. I haven't seen much of the show recently, but the show ain't quite what it used to be.
