If you're talking about pure vertical leap, I have no idea. I know it's about 2 feet though.

If you're talking about something like the high jump track and field event, I'm not very good at that. I think my max height was about four and a half feet. (roughly 1.4 meters)

On solid ground, probably a few inches upto probably half a foot. But on the bed/couch I can jump pretty high. On a trampoline, even higher! I'm 5'7" but I'm not active enough to jump super high.
