I think this all depends on what Shaymin we're talkin here. I would prefer the land form Shaymin to Mew, because of it's ultimate cuteness and green color. But I think Sky Form Shaymin look like a Pony and should be an evolution to Ponyta. (Jk, but it's aseriously ugly and disapointing Pokemon.)

I don't think you did the poll right but anyway back to the question. Shaymin because it can change forms and because I think people give Mew too much credit. It shouldn't be able to know all tms and hms because that means it could cover all of its weaknesses.
