I think Umbreon is my favorite. I remember how hard it was to get it to learn crunch in Gold version. Two generations of ditto inbreeding and then throwing in a houndoom. Messed up.

In the end it knew,

Though of those choices I guess Absol >.> And by the way, you can't get Umbreon to evolve until it's like level 30 and when it does it ends up with bad moves.

I think Umbreon is the best because it's so hard to faint. Unless you use fighting or bug attacks, the pokemon takes forever to faint. It doesn't have any attacks that are particularly amazing or anything, but its dexterity makes it much better than the other two.

Absol looks great and just by looking at it some wouldn't think Absol was a dark type, but it is. It's also rare and could be caught as is without evolving any pokemon.

I wanted to say Umbreon, but I just love my Absol. I got one with Slash and it was killing everything. My best double team on Colosseum was Absol (nicknamed Shadowcat) and Medicham. The nickname worked because Shadowcat was female member of the X-Men who could become invisible and my Absol was a female who also had Faint Attack.

It's hard to decide. T_T Judging by my name, I would say absol, but right now I'm feeling more of an umbreon. Each of these Pokémon has its strengths, weaknesses, and move pools... so its hard to decide a victor. I say umbreon, because t has a fair move pool, some great defense, and fair attack, overall, a balanced dark-type. The others, great attack, but lack of defense and move pool for mightiyena. I'm not saying their un-usable, someone could make a great strategy with all of them, I just prefer umbreon.
