The big problem for me for a Starfox film to be made is how the characters would be portrayed as. I wouldn't have that much of a problem if Starfox was a game with human characters instead of furry animals. The only way I could see it as is a CGI movie.

It's as bad of an idea as ballroom dentistry.
Why would a Fox commando in a spaceship ever be a good idea for a movie? Plus, Nintendo based movies or TV shows were never good. (Mario, Mario 3, Mario, Zelda, etc.)

yeah, but i mean like an action/adventure movie that doesn't really take place the whole time on the whole spaceship theme.
and my idea is their portrayed as the animals. but they will not be made with animation like general greivious in star wars, but made like in costumes, like in planet of the apes. i guess i could try to make up a scr

well, my idea in mind isn't like Marmaduke [didnt even stand to watch the commercials], like i said up there, my idea in mind is to be like a planet of the apes type of movie, but not centered around that plot.
yeah, i saw the resident evil movie and i thought it was good, but that was with humans instead of animals. so that's why people would think that it isn't a good idea for it.

nobody said it was unoriginal, they said it was just a bad idea 
it could be a bad idea, but there a lot of bad ideas that turn out good, and this one WILL be a good idea, trust me, if they get the right people, it could turn out better than avatar! it's an ok game, so people would love to see a movie for it! ill even make a fan fiction of the idea i have to show how good it can be.

I don't think that if this was done it would be all that good. But if somebody took to time to plan it all out good, and have top notch animation, I would definitely say it's a good idea, and I can see Star-Fox being a successful movie, or trilogy or something.

NO. Please, god, don't let this happen. Movies based on videogames almost always fail, and if this movie is made it will ruin part of my love for the games. If it could have puppets or advanced CGI (like the movie The Dark Crystal, for example, great movie by the way) then it would be a bit less horrible. But no, I do not want a Star Fox movie. Ever. |
