I like the Master Sword just because I have a big thing for Zelda games.

Besides that, my favorite sword in a videogame is definitely Anduril (Aragorn's sword) from Lord of the Rings: Two Towers for PS2. That was a hella fun game.

All of them are awesome. My favorite of all that's not on the list is Cloud's Buster sword from Final Fantasy. That thing is huge. Also, Pyramid Head's sword/knife from Silent Hill 2, but he's a NPC/boss, so I don't think he counts.
