So, if any of you go to my profile, you'll see that I have a butt-load of games. However, there are 2 that always stand out to me. These games are Mother 3 and EarthBound. I like these cause they always get my mind thinking of new strategies for other games like these, for example, Fire Emblem the Sacred Stones.

So anyway, feel free to check out what games I have and get your mind going!

I'll have to move this to... probally the Retro Game Room - Game Discussion section... as it suits there more.

If you like strategy you can try Warsong and Shining Force on the Genesis.
For general RPGs, I think the Snes is the console of choice, with games like Breath of Fire II, Lufia II, Terranigma and Tales of Phantasia.
And you can find some great old adventure games on the Nes, like Ufouria and Kirbys Adventure.

The MOTHER games are a legendary series of RPGs, it should come as no surprise of their awesomeness.

The first game was for the NES, EarthBound Zero. Earthbound (MOTHER2) and MOTHER 3 came afterwards.

For NES I would recommend "Bionic Commando", on the NES it had no save function so one day decided to play till it was beat, on and off leaving NES on, it took 10 hours. The great thing now is playing and saving anytime on-line.

N64 "Aidyn Chronicles: The First Mage". Being an RPG fan, these games were rare on that system. The turn base battle system was pretty good. I just started to play it here, one thing that I think maybe helpful is that I went to GAMEFAQ and copied the N64 controls so when playing I'd know what the functions are.

I suggest the Megaman Battle Network series, especially the later ones. You might want the try the earlier ones first, though, so you can get used to the unique and awesome fighting style of the games. I suggest skipping the first, however. It's hard to navigate through and wouldn't interest you much unless you're a fan of the series(like me).
