I play lots of card games like Blackjack, Go fish, and memory. those are just a few of them I thought of off the top of my head..but my all time favorite card game is SPADES. It's bitter sweet because you need 4 people to play...but once you start playing you can't stop. Very fun and exciting.....

I was going to post the rules here, but I was afraid of getting in trouble for spam (because it was kind of long). I posted it as a new thread in the Entertainment Forum instead:

My favorite game is spades too, but there's almost never 4 people around.
I usually end up playing a game called Gin Rummy; it's a two player game where each player is dealt a hand of ten cards, then the top card of the deck is turned over to start the discard pile. During your turn, you can either draw or take the top card of the discard pile, and then you discard one card. The idea is to get a hand that has all of the cards as a part of a sequence of at least three, such as 3 fives or a 2, 3, and 4 all of hearts. The hand ends when someone either 'knocks' with a hand with only one or two cards out of place, or calls 'gin' because their hand is perfect. In the case of a knock, the hands are weighed, but someone who legitimately calls gin automatically wins the hand.
