I think I'll have to go with Mario Kart 64 - since Diddy Kong Racing has friggin' horrible driver AI in the form of massive amounts of cheating when you're trying to get everything. If that was pulled back a bit, I would probably say Diddy Kong just because of the variety that they put into the game.

I liked DKR more than MK 64, I have nothing against MK 64 or anything. It was a great game and all, but I liked DKR for the fact that it had better gameplay and replay value, it also had a story. I also loved that you had 3 different vehicles to choose from.

Diddy Kong Racing was a lot more fun. The second race against Wizpig was epic. Everyone I knew thought it was harder, but I'm good with the plane and there were items in that one so I like it better. You had to hit every boost perfectly and get lucky to win the first race.

I never really played much of Mario Kart 64, but what I did play wasn't overly impressive.
