I've never been punched in the stomach, but I have had my hockey stick get caught in the boards while skating towards the puck and stick me in gut. Hurts pretty bad. I imagine getting punched in the stomach is probably pretty similar.

I've gotten whammed in the stomach several times when I was in school from being physically bullied. Being underweight, it defenitally isn't a good feeling when I can feel my spine ache as well. Luckily in my public school, every time I did get punched in the stomach, there were at least a few good people around to help me and I was almost happy to be punched in the gut due to all the sympathy I kept receiving. XD.
