When I was little and we still used PS1 I remember my parents playing those Crash Bandicoot racing games quite a lot. It was fun to watch, for they occasionally threw mild curses at each other when losing. Nowadays my mother rarely plays workout games or Guitar Hero with our Wii and my father plays sometimes when someone persuades him.

OK, for all the kids that are amazed when their parents beat them: You do know that many parents don't play the game well just so their children can win? I don't mean that many parents don't play games well, and I'm sure that many don't, but parents know that letting their kids win is better then setting up some competitive situation.

Now as an answer to the question, my parents played some Mario with me back in the day. They both got into Sonic some but video games are too far removed for them to get into it. My parents are both in their mid-50s so that leaves out gaming. My mom's down for some cards though.
