Where you born with a birthmark? i was born with a ceft palate. but i dont think that counts as a birthmark. I was born with a litle feckle on the bottem of my foot hahaha i think that counts as a birthmark my family and friends makes fun of me about it i think there may be some more that count as a bithmark but t dont know.

Yeah, a cleft palate isn't a birthmark. I'm not trying to be offesive to anyone, but a cleft palate is birth defect, that can vary from being almost unnoticeable, to being quite severe. And, no, I'm not just blowing hot air, I actually did something on this in biology a few years ago.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a birthmark or just a huge freckle, but I've had a roughly dime-sized freckle-looking mark on the back of my knee for as long as I can remember. I also have a mole on my neck, but I don't think I was born with that one.

I have a small birthmark on my right leg. It really looks like a beauty mark almost. My sister however, has a huge birthmark on the left area from her stomach down to her outer thigh, it's so freaking big. It looks like a tan spot.

You(your brother and you) are like that symbol: yin and yan( please if I don't spell it right, somebody who knows correct it for me).
Anyway, as long as me, I had a little freckle on my right hand since I was born, almost no one notice that, if I don't tell them to look at it.

I have a birthmark which I think is a "stork bite" in my hip area. I never really thought about it much. Also, I'm totally covered in freckles during the spring and summer.
