I am definitely going to say Charizard. It has 2 megas and a gigantamax. I bet if Terastallization had a unique form for all pokemon that could use it I bet Charizard would a unique design for each.

I'll just go ahead and hop on the Charizard bandwagon. It's been overrated for as long as I've been playing Pokémon. Here are some other obvious ones that come to mind:

Pikachu– Mascot status gives it more exposure than most Pokémon.

Mewtwo- I personally don't find it overrated, but it's easy to see why it might be, given the first Pokémon movie, the edgy design, and the fact that it also got the Charizard treatment with 2 Mega Evolutions.

Lucario- Kinda similar to Mewtwo. I'm on the fence on whether or not I think it's overrated, but I think Lucario having been in Smash since Brawl is a large contributor.

Incineroar– Again, similar to Mewtwo and Lucario in that it's in Smash and is apparently pretty viable competitively. I don't care for wrestling at all, so that's probably why I lean more towards overrated.
