Who's getting a good view of the eclipse tomorrow?

For me the weather for me seems to be behaving itself for the day. Its gonna be mostly cloudy but at least its not completely obscured. I'm not in the path of totality but over 90% coverage. This is likely the first eclipse some of us will ever see.

Hopefully you guys get to see it, and make sure to not stare at the sun without protection.

I didn't know this particular eclipse was American, I hope they do a good performance of the US national anthem, followed by a rainstorm of Budweiser and baby back ribs...

In protest, I shall sit in my room with my curtains closed, so I don't have to bear witness to the traitorous sun and moon.

I joke, of course.

I live in Florida, but honestly I don't care about seeing the eclipse. I already saw the last one, it's just the sun shaped like a moon that's not full.

I witnessed the 2017 eclipse and that was historic. It got completely dark outside. What was interesting was the animals went haywire. My area had 100 percent totality.

My area was on the edge of the 2024 eclipse. We were expected to get 75-85% totality. However, it did not occur in my area. My area had clouds and rain. Therefore I did not even get to see the eclipse due to thunderstorms and clouds. However, my parents did they said it was not as dark as 2017. They told me for a while it was like it was late evening outside.

Thus, I missed the 2024 which makes me glad I got to witness the one that occurred in 2017.

Thankfully Winnipeg got to have a good look at it (with the special glasses of course) it occured while I was at work so I made sure I went outside to see it for myself, though my work area had a stream of it on the projector (though showing it from a different part of the World where they got to see a total eclipse because I was in the part that got the partial stuff)

Down here in the great state of Ohio we had a great view of it, it was really incredible to watch the day turn dark as night for about 10 minutes I think it was.
