Well before I was a married man I liked to go to bed at 12:30 or 1 AM. I was basically a night owl and had been since I was young. However, since I'm a married Man now I like going to bed at 11. Also I'm getting older as well so I find myself needing sleep.

My favorite time to go to sleep would be at 10 PM. Before I switched my morning shift, I had to go to sleep at 10:45 PM in order to get a good amount of rest but on most days I would be too bored to stay awake by like 10 so I would go to sleep then and that became a habit.

well my laptop lid goes down at 9:30 pm and I spend half an hour reading in order to shut my body down for the night and usually I start sleeping at ten.....or until the book starts to escape my hand because of drowsiness whichever comes first

and I won't even get to do that reading tonight since I'm staying up for the Golden Globes

I don't really have a favorite time to go to bed, but seeing that i usually prefer to go to be around 3am i guess you can say that's my favorite times. You never know, a few years from now my sleep schedule can completely change, and i end going to bed much earlier.

I don’t have a favorite time to sleep. I usually sleep when it’s needed, whether exhausted or it’s late at night when I’m not at work. Though I do have a set time to sleep around 8 am every day whenever I am in my work schedule so I can at least stay consistent with my sleep cycle during my off and on days.
