f is for Flygon the ground- dragon Pokémon from the third generations.
i don't like to post small so I'll go personal if you guys don't mind..

As flygon being one of the weakest third stage dragon Pokémon this Pokémon's name is still pretty famous among a large group of trainers..
he's appearance is somewhat mysterious and bug-dragon alike.
he's speed and attack are both 100 base. And he's hp  defence, special defence,and special attack are 80.
he's stats are well balanced and with good training and a good move set this Pokémon can be of use in ANY team.
he's strongest move would be earthquake during the massive STAB flygon got.
flygon is able of learning a large variety of moves such as Solarbeam, Flamethrower, Aerial Ace, Giga Impact, Stone Edge,  and Dragon Tail
he doesn't only have a wide variety of TM but he also had a pretty good breeding move pool moves like Mud Shot, Earth Power,, Bug Bite and Signal Beam.

i would suggest a flygon with:
nature: naive
EV's: 252 atk 252 speed 4hp
move set:
earthquake
Dragon Claw
Toxic
and substitute.
