The staff and I have discussed that it's about time that we hire a staff for the Retro Toon Room to help out with adding new toons and content.

If you're interested in becoming RTR staff, please pick 1 primary role and if you want, a secondary role. Also tell us why you deserve the positions you're applying for. (anyone can pick any role as their secondary role, there is no limitation on that).

Below are the available positions:

Uploader (need 2 primary users)
You will be in charge of uploading toons to our megavideo account. All videos MUST be DVD quality. You must have a good internet connection and a good comprehension of torrents.

Graphic Adder (need 2 primary user)
You will be in charge of taking 3 screenshots of each of the toons that are missing screenshots and all future toons that will be added.

Toon & Content Adder (need 2 primary user)
You will be in charge of adding the toons and content for the toons to the Retro Toon Room.

Reviewer (need 1 primary user)
You will be in charge of reviewing the toons. You can do whatever toons you want in any order. Reviews should be atleast 1 paragraph.

Advertiser (only available as a secondary role)
You help me advertise the RTR. I will assist you with what to do.

I would like to sighn up for Graphic Adder.
Here are my reason :I'm in vaction right now so I have a lot of time to take screen shot , I havent been In RTR that much So I get to explore it more often.

Well, 1 of those uploader spots is taken because I will be doing that on a regular basis. And if I ever get around to learning how I'll probably be doing a lot of the other things as well.

I think we should add another requirement for people wanting this position. They have to be able to work with me I think it was decided that I'm going to be managing RTR stuff so I'll be working with whoever gets these positions.

Anyway, I think I will be good for the Uploader, since I can find shows for the RTR on a torrent site I know, and am already downloading the Simpsons season 1-9 as David wanted, and even WITH the torrent David found down, I even found the seasons 1-3 that David didn't find.

I think this could make up for me not being hired for the RGR staff.

EDIT: I can also do Toon & Content Adder as a secondary, it world be kind of faster considering I can add the show RIGHT after it has been uploaded.

I'd Like to sign up as an Uploader! I know where i can Download Toons and find the rest as I go on.

I could do the graphic adder, because I'm generally on Vizzed a lot, so I have lots of time in which to do it.

I could also most likely help to advertise it, depending on what it entails.

I think that I would make a good reviewer, so I will be going that role, as I believe that I would make a good reviewer.
I always use my best grammar, and I have good spelling and punctuation. I know what to do, and have lots of experience reviewing and writing descriptions about things. Furthermore, I can give very detailed and comprehensive descriptions of anything, it's one of my talents. To add on to that, I watch toons regularly, this will not be anything new.

I also have a lot of spare time, so I can do a fair amount of reviewing in a certain amount of time. I will do my best if I'm assigned with this job, you can count on it, and I will not fail you. I am very trustable, and am someone that can be depended on. I also can do lengthy and complex ones, or short and concise ones, keeping in mind that it's also a reviewer's job to not give away too many spoilers. (Anyway, I don't care if I don't make it, this is just something for me to take pride in doing, nothing too big). (I'd also like to wish good luck to all the other candidates).

If I may, I'd like to recommend Didowe, I know I can trust him, he helped me when I needed it in the past. he's an active member, and would make a productive staff member from what I've seen. Just a suggestion though. I'm sure there is plenty of good candidates for the job at hand

I would like to apply for the reviewer position because I take time watching every aspect of the show trying to get the best summarization for the person watching it. I am not bias in my opinion on shows meaning each summary will be equal in quality and value. I am also very good at descriptions and not adding to many spoliers so the show is not ruined for the person. Also, my spelling is proficent and would have little to no miss spellings what so ever. This is my application on my reviewer application please elect me and i'll be sure to keep up with it. Plus I am very accurate and punctional on my reviews. I now wish all others good luck on there applications (Also I have done a couple score of reviews on other websites and updated older ones)

I have a question for the rtr staff. Is Davideo7 going to pm us if we get the job or type it on this forum?

I wasn't going to post anything till I seen geeorgee post this because this is so true. Show some effort is the key. A good way to treat this is like a regular interview. Well I'm not going to rant about this but just take the advice given and do your best for the site is the best way I can out it to you's.

I am sorry for not giving information on my previous post, I would like to be the Uploader because I use torrents constantly, I know how to upload on websites, I have backup storage in case I run out (32GB). My computer connection is faster than most. It may break down once and a while, but then I fix the problem. I get bored easily (I never get tired of the internet) so if I got this, I'd have more stuff to do. I have more experience of determining if a torrent is good, I've been uploading anime to the internet on YouTube since 2007 (got banned in 2008 {yugiohgxrocks}, started another account, banned in 2009 { because I uploaded too much Spongebob}), I've been downlading torrents since I was 8 (I'm 13 now). I'd be pleased to work with Geo and I'd think it would be a good experience.

If not, I can be a Graphic Adder, because I can make screenshots.

I'm pretty persuasive, I rarely take No for an answer (though I don't keep going long enough for it to be an annoying problem Lol I know where to stop and change strategies). A lot of people know me already and a lot of people trust me. I have a lot of friends and all of them actually like me enough to go here, and they all have friends that trust them too Lol. I'm friendly, I'm punctual (don't know if that matters) and I'm done with school, so all my time can go to Viz (already does anyway Lol)

Oh, as a note about the school thing... I graduated. Not dropped out like I made it sound. Lol. Oops.
