Well to be honest, I don't think it can be repeated here at this forum, but if I had to choose something not as bad. It would be "It was one hell of a ride, there was some hell raising good times, but it's time for me to go." LOL.

It kinda depends on the situation: If asked if I have any last word i would hit them with "Yes, just three!"
If i'm sick i would "I don't feel so good."

Honestly I don’t think I ever thought about what to say about my last words, since I never really talk about what lies in the future for me. Because of my belief in God, my last words might be, "God gave me meaning in life! He can do the same for you!" It has been amazing to be more at peace with the concept of death than before. Also, I can be confident that when I die, I lived life with a purpose and acted on that purpose.

Honestly I'm so braindead to the point where I think I'd waste my entire last breaths just thinking of how many things I could joke about. I'm hoping that when I die I'm able to fulfill a few things in my life to make it seem worth it. but knowing my memey dumbself I'd say something stupid like "yesss come at me death daddy" because I'm annoying like that lmao

edit: on a serious note, I don't care what my final words would be. It will come when it will come, it is impossible to know what your final words will be. Maybe you're singing in the car, "Sing like it's the last day of your life", and suddenly you crash into a wall and you're dead.

Or you're actually in the hospital bed and you know you'll die soon, they can't fix you due to cancer or something. We'd probably talk about our loved ones, moments before the doctors take off life support, killing us. That's what will likely happen.

Wow, actually if I were to die [or were dying] I guess I'd say "I love you" (depends on who is with me).... death does leave a hole in the lives who are with you in life.

You know what though, I don't think I would have any last words.

Or something similar. Time is the one thing I value more than anything. To me it's more previous than money. I don't have a lot of it and I have so many things I want to do in this life time. I've got notebooks filled with things I wanted to do but haven't got around to doing. Novels that I started by never finished. Projects planned out with all of the materials already purchased but not even started. Vizzed was only one of my many passions; I've got many others (and I have so many plans for Vizzed that just never came about). I really thought I'd have accomplished more than what I have at my age. All the plans I laid out 15 years ago...most never happened and I look back and can't believe how quickly a life passes by.

Sure, I'm not that old but I'm past the prime of my life, assuming humans peak at the age of 30. But at the current rate, I more than likely will not accomplish all the things I set out to accomplish, probably not even a fraction of all those things. I either need to find a way to make it possible to prioritize those things or be at peace with these failures.

It’s not that I’ve given up on life. It’s that I don’t know what I’m doing. I only guess that I’m doing the right things. I let the cookie crumble. I want to let go when the time comes. I don’t know if I would hold on.
