When I joined I didn't really look up to anyone but in time I looked up to Davideo7 and BigBob85 not just to be suck up but cause they had skills I wanted to learn and I did.

I don't think "who did you look up to" was meant in that kind of way, perhaps you look up to staff members or something when they help vizzed out? Or perhaps the very first people who came to your board and help out with it and posted on it a lot? Even if your at the very top you have to look up to the users cause without them it would be a graveyard
