RetroGameNinja : There aren't any errors on vizzed's side (as far as I can determine), so I think the download was somehow interrupted on your side. To fix this you'd delete the file from your RGR Plugin Data folder and then try the game again.

To do this, delete the file Centipede from this file path on your computer:
C:ProgramDataVizzedVizzedRgrPluginDownloads

Please let me know if that fixed it. If it still doesn't work I'll have some other solutions.

sonicbros : Circuit Breakers is now fixed. It looks like it's not fully compatible with the RGR Plugin though. Give it a try if you want.

I've tried a few different files for the game but all had the problem, which means it's a bug with the emulator version which the RGR Plugin is built on. So I tried the game in the newest build of the emulator, and the saving works. But that means the RGR Plugin would need to be updated.

EDIT 3: I also found that Twisted Metal III does not have a "Play Game" option. Was this game not added yet?
