If am already laying the gamen and about to beat it, do I have to restart?

Postman3 : That wouldn't work out. With Leggy, it's obvious that it stands for legacyme3 but I wouldn't see how Martin could be short for Postman3. The name used in the game should look obviously similar to your vizzed username in some way.

cris23 : If you used your vizzed username in the game than you don't have to restart.

Davideo7 :   Would starting my trainer name with the same letter be similar enough? (P in my case) Maybe just P3(which I sometimes use as a signet) as the trainer name; would that work? Would just the initial P be enough?

I'd love to read your full thoughts on the matter.

Davideo7 :   Righteous! That answers my earlier question. Minimum 2 characters between the names have to be the same. Thank you for being clear about that rule.

Davideo7 : I'm sure it's not a problem, but I named myself Neppy on my file instead of "NL" or "NeppyLeet". Just wanted to make sure it's alright, but, again, I doubt it's a problem.

Postman3 : That's not necessarily the rule, I think it really depends on each situation. If you can look at someones in game name and it clearly resembles their vizzed username, than it's acceptable.

jianhao : Entering is easy; here's what you do:

1) Play some Pokemon!
2) In the Pokemon game, go to your Trainer Card (which will be on the menu under your name)
3) On Vizzed, the button to take a screen shot is F6. Press that button.
4) Go back to the game page (the page where you can click "Play" on it); scroll down to the screen shots. Just above the actual screen shots, there will be a link that says: "Click Here to Retrieve, Add or Update your Screenshots". Click that.
5) On this window, you will have your screen shots displayed. Right above it, you'll see the URL (or link) to your screen shot. Select a category, type in a sub category, and write a description as you please, then press "Update description for Screen Shot".
6) Copy the URL from above your screen shot.
7) Come back to this thread and make a post; to put up your screen shot, all you do is follow the directions to the left of the post box: "For Normal Users and Up" the first one underneath that is for a picture. Paste the URL into the spot where it says "URL of image". Then, continue making your post as normal.

legacyme3 : Unless you are planning to spend a gigantic megaton of hours grinding through the next two weeks, might as well not try. It's very difficult.

I probably won't "compete" one way or another, though I finally started playing.

The problem wasn't the fact I didn't have the plugin.

I use Chrome, and the plugin didn't work with it every time I tried.

So I have to use the dreaded Firefox to play in the RGR.

When does the game get difficult? I've already got 17 pokemon after like an hour of gameplay, and none of the trainers have been a challenge except

legacyme3 : Oh trust me, it gets worse. Catching is not the issue, because the areas are very diverse, but then you will meet trainers who just seem unbeatable when you first meet them, and you can't move on unless you beat them.

play4fun : Well you do have the power of easy space bar grinding.
Kinda weird that the teacher at the beginning doesn't give you a choice to say no.

Seems like the biggest obstacle in the game so far are all the game freezing bugs.

I've discovered no less than 4 of them already, in the first 4-5 hours of play.

They are a bigger hindrance than anything else the game has thrown at me.
