I've gotten Into a little dilema with my sleep.
I was up,  Just watching my Mother play on a computer. 
We were having so much fun.
I stayed up till Midnight!

I sleep between 2-4 hours.
got insomnia so i dont get alot of sleep.
i do rest alot after i wake up.
i wake up and wil stay in bed for 2-3 more hours so my body can still rest. and my mind is awakened.
its pretty hard to sleep for me.. i dont know how to sleep.. my eyes have to fall before i can sleep. or i must have a empty mind.
if i go to work i sleep like: 2-4 hours.
if i'm free i sleep 3-5 hours. with 2-3 extra rest.

I sleep maybe 8 hours a night during weekday's, I think I'm like this because it takes me along time to actually fall asleep in bed. Although most of the time I'm on vizzed in bed. And on Saturdays and Sunday's I sleep all threw the day and stay up late.

On a good night I get 6 hours of sleep.

I always aim for 9 hours if I can.

But I'm a very light sleeper, most of the time I only sleep 2 or 3 hours.

And once I'm awake I can not for the life of me get back to sleep lol

I normally go to bed at around 1 am, because of Tumblr and the internet all together, and wake up at around 5:30 am on weekdays, no later than 8 am on weekends.  I can't sleep if there's light coming into my room, so I'm always an early riser.

Also because it is the necessary optimal amount of sleep you need to get on a daily basis. On weekends I usually go to bed at 10:00 - 11:30 and then wake up at 11:00 in the morning, that is 12 hours of sleep which I think is great, and as a teenager, sleep is always a constant thing that I need to get enough of to function, so I say I sleep maybe about 9 to 9.5 hours a day, but I wouldn't argue to sleep longer!
