I think that the list seems pretty accurate, but I can't see why a few are on there. For example:

1. Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon R
2. Bakuto Dochers.

Those are games I've never heard of, and they sound Japanese. I can't see a game in Japanese being on a top 100 list, even if it is a great game, as I believe its safe to assume most of the people here don't understand most Japanese. It's hard to play a game if you don't understand it.
