On Tuesday I'm going to try and get 1 last run for the year in. It's going to be 64 degrees which is awesome! That'll easily be the last 60+ degree day, actually it'll probably be the last 50+ degree day of the year. I'll probably end up joining snap fitness in the winter so that I can continue to run on a treadmill, probably at least twice a month. I just dislike running in the cold and avoid it as much as I can.

Yesterday I did 7 miles on Hilly Road, the most I've done in probably a year. Last summer I did a lot of biking and barely did any running. Yesterday was probably one of the warmest days in January, it got up to around 55 F degrees, probably the first and last time I'll ever be able to wear a t-shirt and shorts in January (the average temp is around 15 F). Looks like the rest of the month will be cold again so I'll have to continue doing my running in the cold but it was really nice to jump start the year with a great run in great temperature.
