I'm pretty sure I will as well! I mean after I did it the first time only one other person has ever passed the 600 mark, and here I am closing in on 700. We're close to the limits of what's even possible in Tour de Vizzed, and I'll be the first to admit it's because nobody was there competing with me from the start. This must be what George Washington felt like during his second term election.

I managed to put an interesting gap in Yellow which will allow me a day of relaxation, though today probably won't be that day xD. The consistent scoring also allows me to secure my spot in the top 5 of every jersey, specially in Blue which is my weakest one, so this will surely be something special.

Activity has indeed stalled for this last stretch, which is kind of a shame given the relatively active periods we've had throughout. Still, it's interesting to see familiar yet long gone names pop up in the standings "by accident", like Uzar for example.

Let's see how far Furret can go. It's quite certain he'll break the 700 mark considering he can perfectly lower his pace and still score more than enough, but we'll see if he gets 200 or more in a single jersey, Red is the most plausible one though Green and Yellow are still mathematically possible.

Yesterday was a typing war it seems. I'd already been working for a while on my review but got so tired that I had to take a nap for a few hours and finish it early morning for me. Woke up and janus had dropped bombs in the mean time lol, wasn't expecting that of all things.

I may have done it before in the past, I'm not sure, but getting over 1200 CP in one day felt ridiculous. That's like 2% of my total CP lol (not counting the 10-15k or so I lost due to the site backup a few years ago)

We're now at a point where even geeo is about to guarantee himself the gray banner. SuperCrash can only tie him mathematically and loses the tiebreaker, so he is out of contention. November isn't doing much better, so odds are high that geeo will claim that one after today's results.

In the meantime, I'm about to break the all time Blue Jersey point record after today's results. It's my own record I'm breaking though so I have no real aspirations to push it as high as possible.

EX Palen : 200 points in one jersey would be really cool. I think it may have been done already? Tornado and his love for hurricanes must have at least gotten close in Yellow lol

Well, one point shy of the 150 mark with just five days remaining is perfect. As things currently are I'm perfectly happy with what I achieved and hopefully I'll maintain during these last days of the competition.

I wish real life treated me better (and that I actually had the will to work on personal projects besides just plain writing and playing videogames to ease my mind) so I could have unleashed one of my secret weapons, but we'll have to make do without that tradition. I plan on retaking the works once we're done with the stressful load at my job so it will still see the light whenever possible though without all the fire coat on my name.

SonicOlmstead : I mean, the race for the bottom 9 positions is still up in the air. Well, sort of. It might be closer for 2nd if I had participated the last couple of days. I've been busy and just haven't felt like posting too much.

I'm getting back into it tonight but I doubt I'll make up the difference and catch up. Nor do I really care to. It's not worth the effort to me. I've got what I came for with the gray banner.

Furret breaks 700!

I had this dream before of reaching these far realms someday, unreal that this actually happened.

I'm going to cruise control these last couple days and see where I end up by the end. 750 should be doable I think. With geeo now mathematically securing gray, there's really nothing left to play for for anyone (unless a new user randomly does something). I suppose some people could swap around in the top 10, but that's mainly it.

After today I think I'll hit 60.000 words this month, which is ridiculous for me. I strangely don't feel too burned out from typing, it's mainly scanning the forums for threads to post in that's exhausting me at the moment.

Yeah, I kind of lost motivation to post a lot or anything. Knowing that whatever I post is kind of pointless makes it tougher to spend the time.

I got back into it a bit yesterday and I'll try and end the week strong but for the most part I'm kind of done with the TdV.

I almost wanted to try and catch Sonic just to take 2nd but I probably can't earn enough points without getting any 1st's to actually do it.

I didn't want to say anything on gaining ground on geeo for the overall podium so as not to kinx it, and eventually it proved right because he returned for more. Not like I was planning anything special to overtake him since I'm all out of time right now, but I did keep an eye open should I pass him.

I guess that everything's sealed for me now. My overall position won't change no matter how much I score, my placings in the overall jerseys also seem secured and in place, no specific goal to reach in the HoF... While I won't disappear off the face of Earth, it's true that I no longer have reasons to push further so I'll take things nice and easy for these last days.

I'll be making a silent race for 200 points, even though it seems out of reach, just to see if we can make Furret to not outscore the rest of the top 5. We're currently on the losing end but together we can score more than him alone. The Four Horsemen attempting to neutralize the overkill is a perfect finale for this month xD

Furret gets 4 7-pointers.

Quiet day yesterday, it really helped me defend my lead. I can relax a bit more these past couple days now that I got enough of a cushion from Sonic.

I kid of course. At this point it feels like it's just a formality until the end. Like Palen, I don't even have any Hall of Fame achievements to grind for. 500 total jerseys is mathematically out of reach this TdV, and I'm already at the top of the Yellow, Blue, and Red leaderboard. Never catching Sonic in Green either.

It does look like hitting 200 points in a jersey will be possible, that's definitely a first for me. My previous best must have been closer to like 160 or something once.

I'm about 350 posts away from 9000. I think I can realistically make that my goal for this year. Perhaps I can hit the magic 10.000 goal by late 2027!

As for words, I've written over 60.000 this month to hit 584.000 total and I am about to pass gamer to be 22nd overall. The next group of people is all around the mid 600.000s, so that will take a while

EX Palen : hitting 200 points seems like a good goal on top of getting gray. Other than that I don't really have any strong desire for the rest of January.

I won't catch Sonic and I don't care to. I might get passed by you and get 4th instead of 3rd and I honestly don't care.

I'm more interested in trying to still post after the month ends to try and hit 30k. That feels like an actual goal worth achieving at this point. The TdV was decided a while ago so it hasn't felt important or urgent this time around.
