Description
Attempting to connect to Vizzed via HTTPS, as one *should* when logging into a site, results in the following message from Firefox: www.vizzed.com uses an invalid security certificate. The certificate expired on August 15, 2017, 4:59 PM. The current time is June 12, 2018, 3:04 PM. Error code: SEC_ERROR_EXPIRED_CERTIFICATE Vizzed could use https://letsencrypt.org/ to generate a free SSL certificate, as well as employing a cron job on the server (if possible) to automatically renew the certificate before it expires. Furthermore, it would be a good idea to automatically redirect users to the HTTPS version of the site, for security reasons. It's a really simple thing to set up in a server's configuration file: Nginx: https://serverfault.com/a/424016 Apache: https://www.ssl.com/how-to/force-https-connections-in-an-apache-server-environment/ (I assume Vizzed is using one of the above server programs. A quick search of " force ssl" is all that's necessary to find those solutions, if Vizzed uses something else) I do some server maintenance of my own, so I'm willing and able to help set either/both of these up if necessary.
