I think Raichu is the better pokemon out of Pikachu and Pichu because it is bigger than them, making it tuffer and stronger. Raichu also looks cooler and he has better stats.

If you were considering cuteness Pichu wins by a truck load but it is stupidly weak so that just takes to "goodness" to having Pichu.

I like Riachu the best. Part of the reason is because he basically still looks like Pikachu just a little more meaner and dominate looking. I also like how he has a lightning bolt on his ears and his tail.

I would have to say Pikachu, he's pretty balanced, not the strongest but not the weakest. That and I like how it can still eveolve, I'm really not that big on completley evolving Pokemon.

Maybe I'm just lazy, but I prefer Pikachu to Raichu. I mean, Raichu is cool and all, but I don't ever feel the desire to waste a Thunder Stone in order to evolve him. Especially not when I'm fine with just my Pikachu. Maybe things have changed since Silver/Gold (the newest pokemon games I've touched), but back in the day Pikachu was quite the contender.

Pichu is the worst pokemon ever. Even Magikarp is cooler. I'll take Splash Attack over doing damage to myself whenever I try to fight in Smash Bros any minute of any day. At least Magikarp doesn't pretend to be not worthless.
