This competition had 50 qualified submissions with 49 of those submissions being unique. Only 1 song was a duplicate which is by far the lowest amount of duplicates we've ever had (of course there also wasn't a lot of submissions). The stream was just over 2 hours long.

Some really great music during this stream. It's too bad not many people showed up.

It's extremely alarming to see that only 5 people made submissions for this contest. I wonder why this contest had so few participants?

Davideo7 : I tried watching the Dreamcast Music Competition stream via YouTube ,but it won't let me do it!

I managed to place 2nd despite only 5 vizzed users made submissions for this contest!

gamerforlifeforever : We also had very few people show up to the stream. At first we only had me and 1 other user so I delayed it for 45 minutes waiting for more people to show up. Eventually we had another show up so it was just 3 of us for a while. We got a few more people to join us throughout the stream but the entire stream had very few people voting.

It kinda concerns me because I don't want to invest a ton of time into another one of these only for the same thing to happen. These are very time consuming to host between finding, converting, uploading and adding all of the songs, setting up and hosting the stream, tallying up the results, etc.


vizzy900 : Yeah YouTube blocked the video due to copyright music.


KillerLatias : I didn't expect to win by that much but I did expect to win since I have a lot of knowledge on the Dreamcast and played a ton of Dreamcast games, enough to know where a lot of great music is.

  Hope you don't think we're all just hole-suckers for voting you in. The musical work was actually splendid. Nothing found in the voyages of this sailor has heard the like of it. Knew there was no chance.
