Vizzed Helper Service crashing

I've tried just about everything to get Vizzed to work on both Chrome and Firefox, even uninstall and reinstall Flash Player and reinstall the RGR plugin, yet it never appears in the plugins section on either browser.

In the image is my attempt to do the other possible solution the site gives me, to go into the search engine on my comp and look for the Vizzed Helper Service.  I clicked on it like it said when I found it, but every time it gives me the message that the loader crashed unexpectedly.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have any antivirus? I'm wondering if that is what's causing the issue. If not, then it could be because windows 10 isn't supported but I thought it was and would also think since that windows 8 is supported that 10 would be automatically supported since 10 is basically is an upgraded version of 8. I'll summon Davideo7 just to be safe though.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
