There are too many battle themes I really like. One of them is from the indie game Evoland. The final boss fight theme is just outstanding and the fight itself is by far one of my favorite moments when I played this game. Here's an extended version of that gem:

I would say any boss battle in Mega Man X3 Zero project is pretty good. 

However, just about any boss battle in Mega Man Games have very good tunes.

Well, I would have to say Kuja's Theme from FFIX is pretty epic. If I rememeber correctly in that one whenever he shows up in cut-scenes its always like the most epic entrance. Quite the epic presentation I must admit but, Final Fantasy tends to be epic in their presentations I would believe in all of their games, even when it comes into the combining with Disney such as the Kingdom Hearts Series.
